I lost my mother in July of 2014 at the young age of 25 and after digging through thousands of photos, I only found a handful of us both in the last 10+ years of her life. I have always been a family-focused person but this pushed me to lean into my beliefs and values: I believe in "family first", I believe that every day has special moments, and I believe that people are the most beautiful when they are being themselves. I am a photographer of people, being people. With a focus on all things family, I have been photographing family portrait sessions for over five years and have loved every single moment of it. It is always an honor to document a part of your life and to hear their story. My style is candid and intimate - with the goal that you will always recognize yourself - being your most you self, in my photographs for many years to come.
